Additional Rate Information and Terms   Rates do not include 10% Tax & Cleaning Fee of $65 Rates are based on 6-night/7-day week for up to 4 people Additional People: Adults - $100 each week; Children - $50 each week $150.00 refundable security deposit required Reservations held 3 days pending receipt of security deposit Full payment due 30 days in advance 100% refund if reservation cancelled no later than 30 days prior to stay If cancellation is later than 30 days deposit or rent will not be refunded if the home is not re-rented.
