RAMS EDGE EAGLES, 47-46

Coral Park came from behind in the final quarter to pull out a 47-46 victory over host Southwest. The Eagles led by three points with under 30 seconds left in the game when the Rams scored a two-point field goal and were fouled in the process. They missed the free throw but got the rebound and scored with 17 seconds remaining to take the lead. Southwest had two shots in the last 7 seconds but missed them both. The Rams (3-3, 3-1) led 12-9 after one period and 23-22 at the half before the Eagles (2-3, 2-3) held Coral Park to 2 points in the third quarter to go up, 35-25. The Rams outscored Southwest 22-11 in the final eight minutes for the win. The Eagles went to the foul line only 5 times in the game, missing 3 of the free throws. Coral Park, by contrast, went to the line 16 times. Kristian Godoy led Southwest with 14 points and Ben Vargas hit 3 three-pointers for nine points. The scoring:
